All membership monies are payable in sterling, with preferred payment being an online payment via PayPal, GoCardless (Direct Debit) or BACS. Membership fees are revised bi-annually but providing your membership is continuous the payment you make will always remain the same as on joining.
Terminating your Membership
Koogar Limited reserves the right to expel Members or to prevent any Koogar Academy Member from participating in any Masterclass, Facebook Group or from renewing membership if the Koogar Academy Member puts the organisation into disrepute or if a Koogar Academy Member continuously fails to attend the Live Webinars which he/she has signed up to or if the Koogar Academy Member is misusing the Membership Areas (for example, using the Website or Facebook Group to Like Bate Campaigns, Spam Emails or Chain Letters).
All members have the right to cancel at anytime without limitation.
You have SEVEN (7) Days from the date of the first original purchase to request a refund for your Koogar Academy Membership. Any refund request after the SEVEN (7) DAY time limit will not be processed.
Refunds are not given for the 7Days for £7 Offer.
If, for whatever reason, a Koogar Academy Member wishes to terminate their Membership, he/she must give 14 days’ notice of this in writing to Koogar Limited via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We regret we are unable to offer refunds if membership is cancelled for whatever reason before the end of the month.
Pre-arranged Membership breaks can be arranged at the discretion of the Koogar Limited Team in the circumstances such as maternity, long term illness or extended holiday and membership may be reinstated on the original terms.
If a membership is terminated without a pre-arranged break and the member wishes to reinstate their Membership, then this will be at new terms and at a higher monthly rate if fees have increased.
