This is the Koogar Academy Membership Terms and Conditions page. The Koogar Academy is a series of Online Monthly Marketing Masterclasses held within a membership site and has been created and is run by Koogar Limited.
About Koogar Academy Membership
All membership benefits (such as discounts for specific services) can be found within the Members Area and will be offered directly to the Koogar Academy Members. Koogar Limited cannot guarantee the availability of these and any goods or services provided may be subject to additional conditions.
Membership Details
On sign up to the Koogar Academy, each new Koogar Academy Member will receive an email which will contain their membership details, login details and next step instructions.
On acceptance of the membership application by Koogar Limited, Koogar Academy Members shall be bound during the continuance of membership by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments made in accordance with the procedure set out below.
Koogar Limited reserves the right at all times and in its absolute discretion to determine the number of Koogar Academy Members and may accept or reject applications for membership as it feels fit.
Length of Membership
Membership is either a monthly, 6 monthly or annual agreement between yourself and Koogar Limited.
Membership Fees
Membership is to be paid either by a one off payment for 6 or 12 months or monthly by PayPal Subscription, GoCardless (Direct Debit) or BACS unless otherwise arranged. Failure to pay membership on time may result in termination of membership and refusal to Masterclasses.
All membership monies are payable in sterling, with preferred payment being an online payment via PayPal, GoCardless (Direct Debit) or BACS. Membership fees are revised bi-annually but providing your membership is continuous the payment you make will always remain the same as on joining.
Terminating your Membership
Koogar Limited reserves the right to expel Members or to prevent any Koogar Academy Member from participating in any Masterclass, Facebook Group or from renewing membership if the Koogar Academy Member puts the organisation into disrepute or if a Koogar Academy Member continuously fails to attend the Live Webinars which he/she has signed up to or if the Koogar Academy Member is misusing the Membership Areas (for example, using the Website or Facebook Group to Like Bate Campaigns, Spam Emails or Chain Letters).
All members have the right to cancel at anytime without limitation.
You have SEVEN (7) Days from the date of the first original purchase to request a refund for your Koogar Academy Membership. Any refund request after the SEVEN (7) DAY time limit will not be processed.
Refunds are not given for the 7Days for £7 Offer.
If, for whatever reason, a Koogar Academy Member wishes to terminate their Membership, he/she must give 14 days’ notice of this in writing to Koogar Limited via email to info@koogar.co.uk. We regret we are unable to offer refunds if membership is cancelled for whatever reason before the end of the month.
Membership Breaks
Pre-arranged Membership breaks can be arranged at the discretion of the Koogar Limited Team in the circumstances such as maternity, long term illness or extended holiday and membership may be reinstated on the original terms.
If a membership is terminated without a pre-arranged break and the member wishes to reinstate their Membership, then this will be at new terms and at a higher monthly rate if fees have increased.
Membership Transfers
Membership cannot be transfered from one person to another. This can only happen if the person is working for the same company.

Koogar Academy Members can create their own personal login and password details to enter the Koogar Academy Membership Area of the Website. Within Website, Members will have access to the Our Members but the use of data from the directory for commercial purposes of any sort is not permitted.
Koogar Academy Members will be asked to fill in personal details such as name, email address, phone numbers, website details.
Any Koogar Academy Member wishing to change, add or delete any information on themselves held on the Members only sections of the Website are able to do so by logging in and amending the details. If you are unable to login or access this area or you forget your login or password, you can contact Koogar Limited by emailing info@koogar.co.uk.
Information held on the Koogar Limited Members Area’s is subject to the Koogar Limited Privacy Policy.
Koogar Academy Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their membership number, login details and passwords, and for all activities that occur under their membership number, login details and passwords, whether by themselves or anyone else using their login details and passwords. Koogar Academy Members must ensure that they have any permissions or consents required to include material or links on our Website and in Our Members Area.
Discussion Areas – Membership Website, Webinar and Closed Facebook Group
Koogar Academy Members can participate in a Koogar Limited website and Closed Facebook Group.
The Koogar Academy Closed Facebook Group area is a public system (residing on www.Facebook.com) and as such Koogar Limited takes no responsibility for the views expressed in messages posted to any discussion. Any views expressed are those of individuals, and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of Koogar Limited.
Koogar Limited does not verify, confirm or accept any responsibility for any of the information, advice or material provided on the Koogar Limited Website or Closed Facebook Group. If you use any of the information, advice or material posted on these areas, you do so solely at your own risk.
Koogar Limited accepts no obligation to monitor the use of the Closed Facebook Group but reserves the right to remove without notice any material posted to any discussion which Koogar Limited deems to be offensive or in any way wholly inappropriate to the nature of the discussion. Please see the Closed Facebook Group for the rules. If you wish to complain about material on the Closed Facebook Group or Koogar Academy Website, please contact Amanda on info@koogar.co.uk.
Koogar Academy Members agree not to:

- post any material which infringes third party intellectual property rights;
- post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable on the Membership Areas;
- use the Membership Areas for any commercial purpose or to operate surveys, competitions, spamming, trolling or chain letters;
- use the Membership Areas to make complaints against individuals and/or organisations.
- invite non-Koogar Academy Members to our areas unless this is within the Referral Program we have.
- use Koogar Limited content as your own. Credit must be given at all times.
Masterclasses, Webinars and Facebook Lives
Koogar Academy Members will be informed of Masterclasses via our Closed Facebook Group, Text Message, Email or on the Website itself.
Koogar Academy Members can confirm attendance of a Masterclass by signing up to the Webinar sent to you via Email. Confirmation is not essential but would be appreciated out of courtesy that you provide notice of attending the Masterclasses.
Koogar Academy Members shall not hold Koogar Limited responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for the cancellation for whatever reason of a Masterclass. You will be advised soonest of any changes that may happen.
Terms & Conditions Variations
These Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time. If they are revised, we will update this version on this website or email them to you. It will be your responsibility to keep up-to date with all such changes and your membership renewal and continued use of the Website shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
Data Protection and Intellectual Property
We will respect the privacy of your data which you supply to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable data protection legislation. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your data accurate and up to date and to send us new or revised data where appropriate. You further agree that we may use your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your username, password and login details confidential and use the security devices offered. Our security measures depend on you complying with this obligation and we are not responsible for any breach of your privacy due to your failure either to keep your username and password secure or to use the other security devices correctly.
We will use your data to administer your membership.
Koogar Academy Content
The content created and shared with the Koogar Academy Members is legally copy right and protected as such. Whilst shared with Koogar Academy Members our content is not for further dissemination and is for personal non-commercial use only.
All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and on our website and all content and software located on the site shall remain the sole property of the Koogar Limited. The use of our trademarks, content and intellectual property is forbidden without the express written consent from Koogar Limited.
You must not:
- Republish material from our website without prior written consent
- Sell or rent material from our website
- Reproduce, duplicate, create derivative, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for any purpose
- Redistribute any content from our website, including onto another website
If you are found doing this, you will be asked to leave the Koogar Academy with immediate effect.
Other Koogar Academy Members
Where you obtain information about other Koogar Academy Members within this website and in our Closed Facebook Group you must use this in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Other Koogar Academy Members may also use the personal data you make available in the Our Members Area.
Do not make any information public which you do not want other Members to see.
If you have a concern about how another Koogar Academy Member is using your personal data, or if you think it is being used in breach of these terms, please contact us at info@koogar.co.uk.
You acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and we therefore cannot be responsible for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorised attempts to access the Site, for example, by computer hackers. In addition, we are not responsible for the use made of your personal data by other Koogar Academy Members who access it through the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English law and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
