At what level are you covering the Marketing Masterclasses?

This question is more to do with is MMM for beginners, for people who do their own marketing at an intermediate level, people who are advanced or Marketing Managers?

MMM is for Business Owners and Marketing Managers who want to create a journey for their customers!

In my opinion, even though you maybe an advanced user of profiles and deliver your marketing at a higher level doesn’t mean you have the basics in place. EVERYONE is at a different level in business, in marketing and life! Koogar work with one man/woman businesses, companies with 5+ staff and corporations helping their marketing managers and EVERY single one of our clients have said that what I deliver is not the same as what they have experienced before. What I want to achieve with MMM is to help the smaller businesses through to the larger organisations who already have marketing managers in place because they can all learn something new, a different angle or way or achieve something.

If marketing where easy, EVERYONE would be doing it. I want to help you do it YOUR way!

Can I share the links and content?

Most definately not.

We work extremely hard to ensure we provide the most up to date, informative and beneficial content for members of the Academy. The content of the Koogar Academy is copyrighted and belongs to Koogar Ltd. It is not here for you to share with your own clients or non-academy members, this includes as a download, gifted, printed or by other means communicated to them, either in its current form, or as if it is your own. Those found doing so will (as a minimum) be immediately removed as Academy Members (with NO REFUND given). We reserve the right to refer anyone found breaking this rule to our legal team, who may advise to take further action. If you have signed up to the Koogar Academy you must inform us of the person who will be attending the Masterclasses, so they may be added to our Closed Facebook Group and Q&A's. If you would like a second person from your company to attend the Masterclasses, you must purchase a second seat. If you have any questions, please email Amanda at info@koogar.co.uk.

Question 9

How can I cancel my membership (Koogar Academy ONLY)?

Visit PayPal and cancel your Koogar Academy subscription. We will get a notification letting us know that you have cancelled your subscription.

Once you cancel your account you will retain access to the Academy until your current subscription period ends. You can of course re-join anytime in the future!

Please cancel your account BEFORE your next payment is due. It is best to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you are not charged due to time differences.

My payment has failed, what should I do?

No problem. Don't worry, your account will not be cancelled until your payment fails 3 times.

If you pay by PayPal please ensure that there are adequate funds in your account so that payment will go through when payment is tried again, or you have a card other bank details set up in your account. Unfortunately, there is no way to change when PayPal will attempt to take payments, or to push the payment through earlier.

I want more accountability, what else can I do?

If you would like additional accountability, POD could be the next best place for this. The POD Mastermind Sessions happen on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, plus you can come to all of the Q&A Coaching Calls, which happen every Tuesday and Thursday. It may be that you have a question about a particular masterclass, marketing activity or something more specific to you and your business. Bring it to the session, so we can discuss it together but you will get a more in depth answer at POD plus your teams input. There are only 9 places available at any one time in POD. Alternatively, you may prefer working with Amanda 1:1. The best thing to do is have a conversation with Amanda to work out which would be best for you.

POD is for those who are ready to commit and take their knowledge and business to the next level. As well as wanting to be kept accountable during the month to help them take more action and get stuff done!

In this environment, you can bring your challenges, issues and questions, so they are not only answered by Amanda, but the rest of your POD. We will start by getting in the zone and discussing our wins and the good stuff and then get into it by bringing your question to the table.

How does One-to-One differ from the POD?

Working 1:1 is literally just you and Amanda. No one else in the room (or on Zoom) just the two of you, so you have 100% of Amanda's attention just on you and your business. 1:1 will also get you going quicker because Amanda is only focused on you and not a whole group. Amanda is then your accountability buddy who will ensure you take the actions you commit to. POD will be in a group setting with up to 9 other members where we work as a team. Everyone is different, some prefer to be in a group while others prefer 1:1.

Do I get anything in the post as part of my Membership

You’ll get a Members Pack once you have joined and become a member. Maybe a gift here and there but all masterclasses, resources and exercises are delivered and posted online in the Koogar Academy.

Will you help me build a better website?

Koogar do build websites, but this isn’t part of the Koogar Academy Membership. This would be a separate service done for you by Koogar. Please check out visit www.koogar.co.uk for more information or contact Amanda on info@koogar.co.uk to discuss your website requirements. However, there are several Masterclasses within the Koogar Academy that talk through websites, so you are able to make the changes for yourself and they will certainly help you structure your site and know what it needs to get the results you are after. How long does POD last for?

You will get 2 Deep Dives per month.

Each session lasts up to 1.5 hours and you must stay of all of it, so that all members benefit from your ideas and opinions.

Each member in the POD will get up to 15 minutes each to bring their question or challenge to the table, split over the 2 Deep Dive Sessions. Within this time, the other members and Amanda will give advice, ideas and opinions.
